The location of this hotel was perfect for me as I wanted to be very close to the beach and the city's stores and restaurants. The hotel facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, so I never had any issues with regards to cleanliness. Moreover, the staff was extremely helpful and provided me with all the necessary assistance for transportation to the train station. The breakfast provided at this hotel was fantastic with an extensive variety of food options, and the staff was quick to refresh them as well.

The hotel is very well located, in front of the beach and the promenade. The area surrounding the hotel is fantastic, everything close at hand and easy reachable by foot. My room was quite comfortable, had a wonderful view on the promenade, the bathroom clean and recently renewed, all the taps were glossy!!! The breakfast was rich and complete, maybe one of the best I had in the past months. I'm a travel agent and i'm used to travelling much for my work. The staff is very kind and helpful, speaks good english. Due to the bad reviews, I was very doubtful at first, but I suppose, because of that, they have improved their quality very much.I Would definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers.

The hotel is well-situated just a stone's throw away from the beach and a few minutes walk to the main strip of stores and restaurants. It offers a great location for those who love to bask in the sun or take leisurely strolls along the beach. the private beach area also provides discounted rates, which can be reasonable. Although some rooms may not offer much of a view, some guests may be lucky enough to have a glimpse of the ocean.
It seems some guests may have had a different experience in other aspects of their stay.

Helpful English speaking staff. Hotel is somewhat dated but clean and efficient. The location is great just across the road from the beach.

1. The staff of the hotel (reception) is excellent, always welcome to help and with brilliant knowledge of English. 2. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. 3. Good beach with 2 swimming pools, gym and other entertainment facilities is just 3 minutes walk and hotel offers special price for this beach, which is 50% cheaper than the standard price. 4.
1.The hotel is very old and room and furniture in it are very old too, it needs fully renovated; 2. In the hall of the hotel, you can see big broken mirror. The fracture in the middle of the mirror in hidden under the stickers. 3. Wifi routers did not work on the floor, so you have to go to the reception and to use internet connection there. 4. The air condition in the room is working very badly; 5. Fridge in the room was not working; Отель старый, и мебель и ремонт тоже очень старый. В холле отеля можно увидеть огромное зеркало с трещиной посередине, которая заклеяна наклейкой. Холодильник в номере и кондиционер плохо работают.

Stayed over Christmas and had a lovely experience! The decor of the hotel was grand and elegant, which gave it an old-style charm. Loved the sea view from our window and the pine forest/park behind the hotel, perfect for evening strolls. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, the coffee was excellent too. The best part was the location, it was directly opposite the beach and promenade, which made it very convenient to explore the area.
There were a few areas of the hotel that needed some cleaning, especially the areas that were not used frequently. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was not good enough, so we could hear the noise from outside and adjacent rooms.

Lovely bright, airy, spacious room with comfortable beds and a fabulous view over the esplanade to the beach and sea. Reception staff were charming and helpful.
It was expensive for the quality of the hotel but we realise we were in absolutely peak season

Really professional, attentive, intelligent, multi languages speaking staff on reception. Not all, but but the one was really good. Situated right near the sea, shopping, restaurants, walking area. The price is quite ok for the kind of a hotel.
Well, with all respect to historic buildings, the hotel is shabby and cheap inside . You can enjoy strange decorations and paintings, rather patchwork, if you like them, of course. You can also enjoy marble floors and hydromassage bath when the bath is isolated and there is no hole between it and the wall through wich you make a "swimming pool" on the beautiful floor of your bath room. No private parking that is normal for little hotels in Italy.

Bad location, all beaches considered private and inaccessible. Very commercial.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, near the beach and with many shops and restaurants around. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quite large and clean. Plus, the breakfast offered a decent variety of food.
Our xmas experience here was disappointing. the room was in dire need of refurbishment, with outdated furniture and poor quality bedding.
